This is a song by Ken Hirai. It was released as the 20th single by Defstar Records on April 28, 2004. A song written as the theme song for the Toho movie “Cry for Love in the Center of the World”. This is his first movie theme song. He wrote and composed the song himself to serve as an “answer song” to the last message of the main character Saku’s high school sweetheart, Aki. The song peaked at number 2 on the Oricon Singles Chart on May 10th, but its cumulative shipments reached a record of 1 million copies, and it ranked number 1 on the 2004 annual chart.
