A song by Koji Tamaki, a Japanese singer-songwriter. It was released as the tenth single by Sony Records on May 22, 1996. This is the first single in about a year since the previous album “STAR” (1995), and Tamaki is in charge of writing, composing, and producing. This work was used as the ending theme for the TBS news program ”Tetsuya Chikushi NEWS23” (1989-2008) and as the insert song for the TBS Toshiba Sunday Theater ”Melody” (1997), in which Tamaki himself appeared, and was on the Oricon single chart.
