Yumi Kimura’s first single. It was released by Tokuma Japan Communications on July 18, 2001. Theme song for the Studio Ghibli movie “Spirited Away”. It was originally created for the film “The Chimney Painter”, which was shelved. Kimura thought up the first two lines of the lyrics himself, but couldn’t think of the rest, so he asked his friend Wakako Kaku to write the lyrics.
